The Night Before

We warmly invite you to join us for an informal pre-wedding gathering at our hotel on June 6 from 4:30–5:30 PM.

This relaxed, come-as-you-are event is simply an opportunity to connect and spend time together before the celebrations begin. There is no formal program and no obligation to attend.

Please note that drinks will be available for individual purchase. Dinner and drinks at the wedding reception the following day will, of course, be fully hosted.

3:30 PM I Arrival Time

3:45 PM | Guests should be seated

4:00 PM | Ceremony begins (outdoors, among the trees)

4:30 PM | Cocktail hour with open bar and passed appetizers

5:45 PM | Reception & Dinner

7:00 PM | Dancing, cake cutting, and celebration

10:00 PM | Wedding Ends

Please Note

The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, The reception and dancing will move into the barn. In the event of rain, the ceremony will also be held in the barn.

10:15 PM | After Party Begins

The night isn't over! All are welcome to continue the celebration just down the street at Lyons Classic Pinball. All machines are free play for the evening — on us. A food truck will be on-site if you need to fuel up (credit cards accepted).
